Local beer distributor in search of Pricing Administrator. Job duties below
- Pricing and Cost Analysis for every item we sell.
- Keeping up with monthly discounts and rebates.
- State Beverage postings.
- Distributing Price Lists.
- Maintaining the 99 Bottles File (outside vendor).
- Reporting new products and new chains to 99 Bottles.
- Construct monthly Gross Margin Reviews & Reports for Executive Team.
- Provide Backup and Support for Downrange Orders (overseas accounts).
- Product setup and deletion.
- Supplier Setup and Contract File.
- Perform Monthly Reconciliation of some GL Accounts
- Monthly Beverage Tax Filings
- Beer Payables
Knowledge, Skills, and Education: 4 year Accounting Degree. Pay determined by experience/education.
Skills and Abilities: Organizational skills with strong focus in excel, advanced knowledge of products, and wholesaler’s practices and principles. Great communication skills as well as being able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM, with some overtime when needed.
Our Careers
MERCHANDISING (PART-TIME)
Two days per week, Saturday & Sunday, $18.75/per hour plus mileage. Responsible for Merchandising stores, moving products from the backroom to shelves and/or displays. Must have a clean driving record.
FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE & ORDER SELECTORS NEEDED
Fast-paced environment selecting orders and other warehouse functions. Hourly rate plus incentives—Monday through Friday and Tuesday through Saturday. Repetitive lifting and forklift skills are required. Vacation, benefits, 401K, with room for advancement.
